'Lucy in the sky with ...Stars'
Original digital montage
5" x 7.5"
approx. 2 hours
This is my entry into The Three Muses challenge for Stars!
It's a digital montage that I started as an experiment to create a foreshortened checkerboard floor. Created with scanned found objects and an old earring - using layers, transparent objects and gradients in Photoshop Elements (PSE) and Microsoft Digital Image Editor (DIE).
Love these software products - so much fun! What do you think of Lucy?
Do you use image editing software? Which software?
Thanks for stopping by - and please come back to visit often.
Peace,
LuLu

Like the chess board! Super!
I Love Lucy! (OK, I just couldn't resist!) Seriously, this is beautiful! I, too, love my editing software and use PSE, PSP and Microsoft - whatever tools I can get my hands on!!! Hugs, Terri

Hi Lulu this is a really interesting and original piece and I like it very much.
I tend to use Photoshop but I also have ArtRage and keep dipping into that too.
A beautiful collage full of festive color and images!
Hi Lori,
Thanks for visiting and your comments.
This was fun to create - but I'm starting to realize I really need to beef up my 'stash' of images. That old earring is getting used a lot!
I'd love for you to stop by again.
Peace,
LuLu
Lulu - you are a person after my own heart. I love my software (and I have lots of it) and I travel in and out of each one to achieve the result I am looking for.
This is so dramatic with electric colours and a super, creative design.
Wonderful artwork.
Hi Marie,
